What stays local
User data stays on the device.
App data such as saved items, locations, trip records, notes, preferences, backups, or other user-created content stays on the user’s device during normal app use.
Privacy
Seismic Studio apps do not collect your data.
Seismic Studio LLC does not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share user data or device data from its apps. Information leaves an app only when the user chooses to export it, share it, or send it directly.
What can be shared
Only user-directed sharing.
The only information ever shared with anyone is information the user chooses to share directly from within the app, such as an export, backup file, shared location, or support email.
No automatic collection
Seismic Studio apps do not automatically collect usage analytics, device identifiers, saved content, location history, trip history, notes, or app activity.
No account requirement
Current Seismic Studio apps do not require a Seismic Studio account to store user data on a company server.
No advertising profile
Seismic Studio apps are not built around ad tracking, behavioral profiles, or resale of user information.
Exports are intentional
If an app includes export, backup, or share tools, those actions happen because the user chose them.
Support is user-controlled
If a user contacts support, the user decides what details to include. Apps do not automatically attach private app data to support requests.
Policy updates
If a product’s data behavior changes, this privacy statement should be updated to reflect that change before or alongside the product update.
